blue bar left from vehicles in line manager?

Hi,

in line manager every vehicle does have the same blue bar left from it. For what is this? Shouldn’t it show how much of the capacity is used from this vehicle?

It is just a divider of each vehicle from what I can see, so as not to confuse ‘long trains’ I suppose.
I thought it should show load capacity too, but then again.. I would rather not have a performance hit.
