Game crash after demolishing stations

Since yesterday I’ve found that deleting stations that have been in use causes my game to crash. It seems that I can still place one and delete it immediately after though. It freezes the moment after I click demolish without the image updating to show it gone before it crashes. I’ve tried minimizing my graphic settings, making sue there are no trains nearby, deleting the nearby tracks first, and that the station is empty of people, but a dozen times now my game crashes whenever I try to delete this three-platform station. Nothing about running this game on my computer has been a problem until now.
