Line usage: NO

Unexpectedly ended line usage, in 01. dec 1999. Added saved game file date is 31.aug 1999.
I tried several times and each time result was the same, as can be seen in the image below.

Hello!

I´m not sure what causes the hiccup, but removing the trains from line 19 as well as 21 and adding them again solved the problem for me.

I don´t want to blame ATT (it is a great mod), but with such extensive mods involved it is very hard to tell were the problem originated.
