OpenGL – Fehler

Hallo,

immer wen ich bei Steam das Spiel starte kommt der Fehler “OpenGL-Kontexterstellung”.

Mein Grafiktreiber ist auf dem Neusten Stand (Nvidia GeForce 340.52 Driver).

Meine Pc Daten:

Betriebssystem: Windows 7 64Bit

Prozessor: Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-2450M CPU @ 2.50GHz 2.50 GHz

Ram: 8,00 GB (7,85 GB verwendbar)

Grafikkarte: Nvidia Geforce GT 630M

 

Ich hoffe das mir jemand helfen kann.

If you have a integrated GPU on your CPU and a dedicated GPU you can try this:

1. Open the Nvidia control panel
2. Open the tab 3D-settings -> 3D-settings management
3. locate the .EXE from train fever (c:\program files(x86)\steam\steamapps\common\trainfever\trainfever.exe)
4. select the dedicated GPU
5. click apply

Similar problem. My laptop graphic card does not support OpenGL (message on screen). Can Train fever be run with directX? thanks.

I have exactly the same problem, but with AMD Radeon. And the solution you gave does not work in my case. I have the latest drivers for my card and all my other games work flawlessly. So I think the problem is at your end.

If you give me some clues where to look, I can give you some additional info. My system is an HP Pavilion DV7 running Windows 7 Ultimate

@Henriv , for Radeon card’s there’s a similiar option. You can find it in the Catalyst Control Center (CCC) in the Power tab:
