Just FYI if anyone tries to force SLI in this game, it’ll end with a hard crash (i.e. requiring a hard reset). I’m wondering what’s so special about this game that causes this behaviour. I have a 3-way SLI setup and have SLI enabled in one way or another in nearly all my games. This is the first one that completely froze my PC with SLI enabled.
Now I know TF doesn’t support SLI and I don’t expect it to, but I’ve found over the years that if a game maxes out a GPU (and on occasion TF does), even if there is no support for SLI, sharing the load does improve performance somewhat, which is the reason I’ve been fiddling with it.
