to me it was the traffic jams and how the right mouse button was unused that destroyed cities in motion for me. small but big things.

if you look at gameplay videos, the bus system is demonstrated well.

I agree. However on the multiplayer part im with urban games.

I feel it is really boring to play online with people i dont know. And having single player in the first versions also lets us get to know the game. Even transport tycoon did not have multiplayer in the beginning.

For my own part i dont have many friends who play computer games very often. (Im a married man 🙂 So I will not sit down with friends and train-fever on a regular basis. However i do look forward to sitting down with it on my own.

On steam there is so much shoot, kill, destroy, zombies, aliens, horror. Banished shines through as a nice peaceful game which i will use time on some day. I look to train-fever as the next nice peaceful game to build and help people get to work. 🙂

“I have nothing against the futuristic stuff. Its interesting to have, but I will really prefer if the game maintain this atmosphere of 1920. Its just awesome. There is already the Modern Times CiM 2, that lost the great atmosphere of CiM 1, so I hope Train Fever will be the one that takes us back to the old century. Its much nicer to look at.”

If the game would not advance, i for my part will quickly loose interest. The happy moments of new trains, upgrades, and rewards for what i do is basic for the reason i play.
Awesome TTD would not be a popular game if there was no advancements…
