There are two little things that I miss and I think it would be possible to add them within only a bit time:

– allow the possibility to replace busses by tram and tram by busses

– with the DLC: you can only choose, Europa, Nordic, USA or all. Give also the Option Europa & Nordic (without USA).

Sorry, you describe a problem I’m not used to. Mac I don’t know anyway. It’s probably something with the mousedriver or a resolution problem. But I’m absolutely not sure.

By the way: When a firewall blocks the game, it is possible, that the game has no internet while you’re writing a comment.

This happens when the game is not connected to the internet.

Check your internet-connection and you’re problem is solved.

Will there be a patch soon to solve this problem?

For me, that’s beside the late-game-monthend-lag the most annoying thing.

At the moment, playing from 1850 to 1950 is pure fun, then it stats to become more and more … well … demotivating.
