    Hey,

The issue with missing bus lanes was already reported before:
    http://www.train-fever.com/forums/topic/bus-lanes-missing/

I guess it is only a graphic issue. Just activate Antialasing and you should see the bus lanes again.
Bullet 2-4 still need attention, of course.

After the update to build 4519 I get immediate crash of the game when I start a new game or load a save file. There is no error messages displayed (no mac crash report), but in the local steam directories .dmp-files are generated. I only see the main menu and the progress bar up to 100%.

    Game is not playable!

Ok, that’s correct. I only see no bus lanes when Antialasing is disabled. So its has nothing to do with the builds but I just disabled Antialasing some days ago because of performance issues…

    Hi there,

now that I have played some more hours with train-fever, I have more experience with the window mode switching. I observed issues when using Alt+Enter (build 4414 and earlier, e.g. 4391):

It works perfectly when you start the game in the windowed mode. But if you select first a specific screen resolution in the Settings, the key combination does not work anymore. Instead of switching between fullscreen and window, the screen quickly gets black, and then the game appears again. After using the combination, the escape key does also creates this kind of graphic misbehavior.

This is especially annoying, since when I use window mode in Settings, the screen resolution in full screen is too high to run smoothly…

    Best regards,
    Tom

    Hallo Mikael,

I have now build 4391 and so far did not get crashes with new save files. Many thanks for the update 🙂

I did not even notice at which moment the game was updated by steam. I started a new game this morning, and now I can load the autosave-files from 13:50 and later.

    @Amix:

I have a issue when playing Train Fever. Its impossible to return back to osx in the game. Why?

It should be possible to switch between the full screen app and osx without terminating the game:

    – alt+enter to switch between window and full screen mode (Maybe you have to select “Windowed” first under Settings)

    – cmd+tab to switch to another application

(- swipe with two fingers on an apple mouse, if gesture “Swipe between full-screen apps” is activated

Actually, I am not sure if “alt+enter” is officially supported by train-fever for mac. But it works most of the time. Although sometimes I have (reproducible?) issues with this key combination (especially after playing for some time).

I can also confirm that the problem is still there in build 4377. The only difference is that the first error message does not appear anymore but the game crashes immediately when loading a save file:

TrainFever quit unexpectedly. (see http://pastebin.com/CeJZVwj7 for part of the crash report)

    Hello again,

I uploaded a savefile created from a mod-free installation. Steam name is Tomcati (username: tomcatiii)

Settings for new map: Small-Medium-Easy-1850. Seed: A

File was saved directly after map was generated (no modification of scenery/infrastructure)

When I open this file, I get the error message. When you click on OK: “TrainFever quit unexpectedly.” Deleting the texture_cache is not helpful.

I get the same error message / crash and a rapid fix or workaround would be highly appreciated! Otherwise, the game works fine and is still somewhat playable, although I had to unlock the 1950 starting time in one go…

For your information, the problem also occur on a fresh installation of build 4363 Mac-64bit. All save files are affected: autosaves and manual saves, including save files that do not contain changes of the generated map.
