I didnt notice this problem, but that must be because I hold down the mouse buttons and move the mouse rather than touch the edge of the screen.
The Reason for no pause is cause it takes time to build things and the faster you get there is better, so to keep it fair and let the one who build faster get a edge =P
Its not a serious competition with prices or anything so i cant see why someone would “cheat”.
Well this makes me mad. Take the top selling SSD out there, The Samsung 850 EVO 250gb. It costs 119$ on amazon, cheapest price i could find online in my country is 160$. Or a budget 500gb, Crucial mx100 512gb, 189$ on amazon, is 235$ over here.
And Sadly the thing about 2 smaller ssd’s being cheaper than a larger one, well it might be a smaller investment twice but its not cheaper if you compare buying 2 at the same time vs one large one.
try to create a new game any settings and place out 3 stations in a field or at any location and delete them at once. Only takes 3min =P just to see if it happens on another game/save file. Anyways good luck 😀
if try verify local files or whatever in steam->trainfever->properties to see if you got everything right. thats what i do first thing when games crash like that.
I think the first one with that ditch between the tracks was nicer than the 2nd one where there is just a flat area. But I dont know how to control it when I build tho. As for the trains, they are all the same afaik.
If the trucks deliver cargo from the oil refinery to a train station further away (and the train deliver to a city) Then I would group the drop of truck stop with the loading train station. The same for Bus stop and train station in a city. ppl will take the bus to through the city and to the train (and back).
As for the situation in your picture, Both stations get Goods directly from the oil refinery so I would not group them together. But I might be wrong.
Read/Write is about 10x the speed on any SSD compared to a hdd. So whatever is on it will load faster. When I get one I’ll put my most used games and programs installed on it and of course install windows on it.
For my own use i think a 240GB is to small. I know you can install steam games on 2 different locations. But you dont gain any better loading on a game if you install it on d: or any hdd even when the os is faster to boot. I got 56 of my 133 Steam games installed (not half of them) and Steam/steamapps/common takes 330GB alone. I may get a Kingston 480gb as it is cheap compared to the other brands (175 euro). Or i might wait and see if there are any price drops =P

Do you also use a 1TB drive for your system(C:)? I am looking for some cheap way into a SSD upgrade but the 1TB ssd is so expensive and I’m afraid of whats gonna happen if i cant fit everything onto it.
You would need to have a 24hour clock and one day in-game is the equivalent of one year atm.
One page of the finances is 1 day, autosaves is every 5 days, it would take 365 times longer to get to 2000.
I think it would be interesting but it also sounds like a different game, maybe make it yourself? id buy it =P
