    I think the circular routes are way more profitable than straight line.
    I have 2 circular routes:  A-B-C-D-E-F and F-E-D-C-B-A; 3 trains on each one. The trains are always at least 3/4 full and make huge profits.

    I agree, and also I wish there was a way to reduce or eliminate the amount of smoke coming from diesel locomotives. it seems like its entirely too much.

    I would also like thank you for the fix.

    Its was odd because the start and end date were both 1898.

    I have recently started making A>B>C>D>E loops but I use double track and also make a A>E>D>C>B loop going the other way.  The train are very profitable and nearly full going both ways.

    I have the exact opposite problem; most (but not all) of the bus routes I’ve had in cities don’t make any profit, but if I replace them with trams on the same routes, they make money.

    It seems like the only time I make money with bus routes is when they run between cities.

    400 is max on all difficulty levels.

    I’d like to be able to at least see the terrain tool the game currently has when making modifications to terrain.

    I also noticed this and not only are there submarines, they’re hovercrafts in the game too as I’ve seen trucks “driving” a few feet off the ground.

    Sorry, I wasn’t criticizing you I just never heard of using straight line city routes, but I will try anything that makes the game more fun.

    I am playing right now on another computer and using straight line routes. How many stops should these type of routes have?

    Have bus or tram lines from the station to one ore more key city centre points, straight , no circular line as one see them being build a lot.

     

    This the first I have heard of this. Everyone says you should use a circular route.

    I too do not like leaving my computer unprotected when I play. Then having to do the whole “verify integrity of the game cache” over and over because as soon as I stop playing and re-activate McAffee, a file gets detected as virus and quarantined. This is absolute madness!

    I think they are referring to the mouse wheel when they say middle mouse button but even when I click and hold it, I still can’t rotate.  I found that the Q and E button rotate the map for me.
