Hello!
I can take some time to load a saved game, if you advanced far in the game the cities have grown and/or you are using a lot of mods, but 15 minutes sounds a lot. Does the game load properly after that time? How far are you in the game regarding the year?
Best Regards
TomadminKeymasterHallo!
Leider werden Intel HD Chips nicht offiziell von Train Fever unterstützt. Falls die neue Grapfkkarte inzwischen eingetroffen ist, darf ich fragen, ob sich das Problem erledigt hat?
Beste Grüße
TomadminKeymasterHi Bersi!
As also posted in the Steam forums, please try to reset your Steam configuration as described here:

adminKeymasterVery nice work, aubergine18! I´m will show it to the guys in the office right away!
And gGeorg, I can assure you it is never about being stubborn. If fact we are very open to suggestions. But some of them would take too much effort to implement it right away.

adminKeymasterDear Bersi!
It did not catch your post here in the forum before I answered you on Steam. I will just copy/paste, what I wrote there:
This is an error caused by Steam itself and can have multiple reasons. As an easy fix you could try to exit steam and start it with administrator privileges. Also consider to temporarily deactivate your anti-virus software while launching Steam / Train Fever. Make sure to verify the game cache or reinstall Train Fever.
You can also send us your crash logs, the location is described here under point 11.:

TomadminKeymasterHello!
Based on your specifications I guess you are using a laptop which is often equipped with a dedicated and an integrated card. You could try to force starting Train Fever with the dedicated card (HD 6650). Depending on your system this can be achieved either via BIOS settings or the ATI Catalyst Control Center.

adminKeymasterDear Winston!
Sorry for coming back to you so late. The freeze at the end of the month occurs, when the game has to do various calculations, which tend to get more demanding over time as cities grow. We put a lot of effort into optimizing this calculations.
As for the vehicle window this would need further investigation. If you want, you could send us your save game so we can have a look at it! You can find our email address in the “About / Urban Games” section.
Best Regards
TomadminKeymasterHi vinkandoi!
Mods leaving traces in the save games was is often pointed out as a problem by players and we took note on that.
As for 3rd party mods, there are excellent mod managers to help you with that, for example:

adminKeymasterHi!
Seems, this was answered in another post for you. I will still leave it here for everybody else to read how to do it:
You can edit the vehicles (waggons) mdl file and change the value “loadSpeed” to a different value. A higher value means a higher loadspeed.
Tom
adminKeymasterHi ab748!
A couple of questions:
Is this a behaviour that started showing recently? Does this also happen with a fresh started game? Do you use any mods?Best Regards
TomadminKeymasterChris, I will be happy to add it to the wishlist for the next patch.
Best Regards
