TossiParticipantCities also have demands and you must have them in mind when you connect industries to them because if you are trying to deliver more than city needs 2 things can happen:
a. connection from new factory won’t produce because the other factory fullfills all demands from city
or
b. newly connected factory will be more attractive for town and it will take away all the demand from the previous one effectively killing earlier route.
Remember, industries are always competing with each other for city demands in this game.

TossiParticipantI would expect them to wait for the train in the right direction but I never checked that.
September 6, 2014 at 18:39 in reply to: Train Fever won't start. Windows XP 64bit is the issue here. #5219TossiParticipantHi again. I wanted to let you know that after the patch the game still didn’t run for me but I managed to make it run under Windows XP 64bit by copying all the files from Win XP 32bit installation into place where Train Fever was installed under Win XP 64bit.
I had to spend a couple of hours installing Win XP 32bit and all its updates and driver onto different partition to do that.
TossiParticipantHe is talking about Mac version which hasn’t been released yet.
TossiParticipantIt sounds like the issue that you have to wait through. If you have the option to let it run do so and wait. Game needs to prepare some files the first time it is run and it is a bit time consuming process.
TossiParticipantCan I somehow decide which version I want to download regardless of what steam wants to do?
TossiParticipantNo it just predownloaded other files that will be needed.
TossiParticipantThey have stated in the sticky that Intel Graphic Cards are not supported and don’t meet minimum system requirements but they are working on it.
TossiParticipantI would say that this is a problem with antivirus and not train fever. Aren’t there options in antivirus to leave the game alone? There should be.
TossiParticipantTurn off your antivirus when installing and running the game.
How come it isn’t obvious?
TossiParticipant- do you have it marked in options to work?
- it will not work in the places where there is UI on the screen edge
TossiParticipantHow the hell did you come up with the idea that 90 degree bridges are unrealistic? Most of the bridges are 90 degrees because that way you have to build shorter bridge and it’s cheaper.
