Lol the Game is rated “Pegi 7” the same as the grafik looks like. From the gameplay possibilities it is 15 Years behind what you had in good old gamer days.

First of all, the tutorial is manly focused explaining the game mechanics. It doesn´t matter if you are playing Vanilla or any other Cargo-Modification.
The Modmanager from Gwinda and from Xanos as well can handle all Mods to play with Vanilla.
All CargoMods as being independent has to be played as a new game.
What happened after the US-DLC depends on Code changes from Urban Games.

We have made a couple of test and the result is that an Agent is not disappearing after 20 Minutes. The Agent continuous his journey even if the Train stops for 40 Minutes.
Based on this we know that the car will not disappear and if you have already a traffic jam it will expand further.
