vinkandoiParticipantHi Uzarpator,
I would love to see the gaps filled, infact I had really wished for such a mod. Especially the introduction of 100kmph steam engine in the early 1900s.
I really loved the Tropic refurbished set, and read so many of your posts in Transport tycoon forums ( I am Vinaximus in that forum).
I wish you a best of luck for your mod and am already eager to use it as I know that its gonna be a masterpeice like tropic refurbished set.
By the way, I use google translator for train-fever.net 😉
vinkandoiParticipantHi Darkdaz, welcome to the forum
vinkandoiParticipantHI
I installed it but it is not working
I used the mod manager and manual method too, but the bridge does not appear
plz help
vinkandoiParticipantSetting aside the large features for the next than next patch
Small feature request: Allow disabling snap to things by pressing sift key while building. Stations snap to road, rail lines snap to other rails. Its useful but sometimes irritating as well.
While the performance patch is coming. This should be like a sauce with burger.
If shift key not pressed then
Snap the things
end if
vinkandoiParticipantI propose simplifying the replacing procedure. Instead of sending the vehicle to depot, and doing all that, there are 2 methods that can be used
1) Simply click the replace button on the train’s window, choose a new consist (new loco and wags) and click confirm, and the vehicle is magically replaced on the spot. (just like in locomotion)
2) The depot window provides an additional button “Replace trains”. Press this button, choose a train or more than one train,or an entire line. Then choose the vehicle  for it to be replaced with. Click confirm. Now these vehicles are sold on the spot and new ones come out from depot.
vinkandoiParticipantFound it finally, drag a strech of road and press m to raise it until a bridge is formed. Its interesting to learn these tricks just like a photo editing program like GIMP.
The Hillocks only work with rail tracks
I wish the M/N trick worked for the railtracks as well
Thanks Enzojz
vinkandoiParticipantI think its more of a bug. With or without hillocks, you can easily built railway bridges, but the game simply doesn’t allow road bridges the same way. This need a fix.
vinkandoiParticipantI tried hillock, but I just cant get it working. Plz help
vinkandoiParticipantvinkandoiParticipantThanks, I will have a look at that
October 9, 2014 at 12:13 in reply to: Number of passengers boarding decide how long it takes … WRONG #11257vinkandoiParticipant+1 from me
vinkandoiParticipantIt is a little annoying and costly to delete these long track peices. I wish there was a way to simply delete these tracks like an eraser tool. But I am currently more eager to see performance optimization and other features like waypoints, autoreplacement, etc.
vinkandoiParticipantHi Stress,
IMO, this game is a mixture of cities in motion and Open TTD. Unlike railroad tycoon, each passenger counts as have his or her destination. This is what you have to do
Build a network within the city to various destionations. If you want to connect 2 cities via rail you will first have to make a network in your city to bring the passengers from various destinations to and from the railway station.
This game is not comparable to railroad tycoon 3 and sid meir railroads, infact it has a unique gameplay never introduced in the previous genres.
The game is incomplete as well but the devs are working on it (the game is better now than its initial release, thanks to the devs for releasing 3 patches uptil now). As you mentioned, road over rails, the devs have said that they will consider this feature.
@ifurkend!, i dont think so that the devs will leave the game in this stage so early as they simply can afford to do so. This is their first project. Their continuous support have led to players being positive and build a trust upon them.Â
vinkandoiParticipantThanks for the confirmation
